https://www.politicayestrategia.cl/index.php/rpye <div>The National Academy for Political and Strategic Studies (ANEPE) is an Institute of Higher Education of the State, under the Ministry of Defense, oriented to increment the knowledge in issues related to Security and Defense to members of the Armed Forces, the Law and Order and Public Security Forces, as well as public servants of the&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Government and other agencies, and people from the private sector. It is a gathering point of the military and civilian realms around the issues of Security and Defense.</div> <div> <p>Within the framework of its contribution to the intellectual and academic development in the area of Security and Defense, and according to its mission, ANEPE maintains a space where discussions, research, knowledge creation can be generated within an academic framework that also allows dissemination. To accomplish that,&nbsp; one of its most important assets, is the journal&nbsp;<strong>“Politica y Estrategia”</strong>&nbsp;(Policy and Strategy), edited since 1976 without interruptions and with a long and vast trajectory, being one of the first publications to approach the issues of Security and Defense in the country and Latin America.
