A NEW PANORAMA FOR COLOMBIA: STRATEGIC APPRECIATION OF THE POST-AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT AND THE FARC-EP
Main Article Content
Abstract
Two years after signing the Havana agreement between the Colombian State and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia - People’s Army (FARC-EP), the implementation of the pact has shown enormous difficulties in its development. Now the new president Iván Duque must confront these problems and at the same time develop his government agenda, without existing greater certainty about the future of a process that continues to suffer from a significant lack of legitimacy. This document analyzes this negative situation, and takes advantage of the concept of Intractable Conflicts to propose new solution routes, which will unlock the Colombian post-agreement.
