LA COMUNICACIÓN ESTRATÉGICA EN RT: CONSTRUCCIÓN DE ENCUADRES EN LOS CONFLICTOS DE YEMEN Y UCRANIA

Abstract

Frame building has been the main topic in researches and academic papers within the field of political communication during these last years. Through the methodologic technique “content analysis”, this paper will present a frame analysis showed by the russian TV channel, RT. We will study two conflicts that standout for their relevance and the interest that Russia has shown in them: The yemeni civil war (2015 - now) and the Ukrainian conflict (2014-now). Through the cuantitative analysis that we explained, we will identify the journalistic frames in RT to show the set of communicative diagrams followed by the russian state tv during the year 2018.
