MEXICAN MILITARY DIPLOMACY: IMPORTANCE AND CONTRIBUTION TO NATIONAL SECURITY AND DEFENSE IN THE 21ST CENTURY

Abstract

In this article, Mexican Military Diplomacy is approached as a synergy of military power and diplomacy, in order to guarantee national security and foreign defense in the challenges of the 21st century. At the same time, the author presents aconcept that can define Mexican military diplomacy as well as its areas of application in the current year of 2019, as well as identifying actions that give it increasing importance. The article concludes with a series of recommendations to energize the actions of Mexican Military Diplomacy for the good of national security and defense.
